For the fourth year in a row, the Delta Center for Culture and Learning has helped a Swiss tour company learn about the Mississippi Delta’s heritage.
The GANRAS Adventure Travel Company, based in Oberschan, Switzerland and led by Donatella Rasi, visits the Delta annually, ending their week of touring with the Juke Joint Festival in Clarksdale.
Lee Aylward of the Delta Center introduced them to the Delta. The group is shown in front of The Cast of Blues collection by artist Sharron McConnell located in Ewing Hall on the Delta State campus.
