Recital to be held on April 24th at BPAC

Joseph PagánA Musique à trois  recital will be held at the Bologna Performing Arts Center recital hall on Tuesday, April 24, at 7:30 p.m.  Anne-Gaëlle Ravetto,  will play the violin, Joseph Pagán, will play the viola, Karen Fosheim,  the piano.  This performance is free and open to the public.  
 
Joseph Pagán has been a member of the Tucson Symphony viola section since 1989, and has served as Assistant Principal  and section violist of the Peter Britt Festival, the Cascade Festival of Music and the Oregon Coast Music Festival. Pagán has also performed as Principal Viola with the Tucson Pops Orchestra, The Southern Arizona Light Opera Company, and The Catalina Chamber Orchestra in addition to performing as soloist with the Tucson Pops Orchestra, the Tucson Civic Orchestra and the Tacoma Youth Symphony. When Pagán isn’t engaged in a battle of wills with his viola, he enjoys designing and building Hi-Fi gear, keeping abreast of the latest developments in D Sports Racing and playing with his two Fox Terriers.
Ravetto is a freelance violinist and teacher. She is an adjunct faculty member of the Delta State Music Department, serves as a collaborative artist, and maintains a private teaching studio.

Fosheim, a professor of music at Delta State, teaches piano and music theory courses, and directs the Delta State Community Drumming Experience.  In addition, she maintains a private piano studio and is director of music for Our Lady of Victories Catholic Church in Cleveland.
