The Delta Center for Culture and Learning at Delta State University recently provided an introduction to the Delta’s heritage to visitors from Winchester and Centerville, Virginia. The group included Dr. Keith Collins, former Chief Economist of the US Department of Agriculture and his wife Pat.
Collins has worked with Staplcoton and Delta Council on various farm related projects.
Also in the group was Josh Bower, International Trade Specialist for Europe, Middle East, and Africa at the Mississippi Development Authority, his wife Kriston, and his parents, Dr. Bob and Mary Bower.
