On Thursday, February 2, Tori Jenkins was crowned Miss Delta State University 2012 in the Bologna Performing Arts Center on campus. Jenkins, 20, is a sophomore art major from Lawton, Okla. For her talent, she performed a ballet on point to “Le Corsaire.” Jenkins also won the Career Services Interview Award.
As Miss Delta State University, Jenkins will vie for the Miss Mississippi crown June 24-30 in Vicksburg. She is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Matt Jenkins of Lawton, Okla.
The Miss Delta State University Pageant is produced by the University Pageant Board and sponsored by the Student Government Association.
