By February 17, 2012General

The 2012 Delta International Film and Video Festival (DIFVF) takes place Wednesday thru Friday [March 28-30] at the Bologna Performing Arts Center in Cleveland on the campus of Delta State University.

For seven years the DIFVF  has showcased the work of independent film and video artists. The festival welcomes submissions from established and emerging artists working in the United States and abroad, as well as work by currently enrolled college or university students. Submissions ranging from animation to documentary, narrative and experimental continue to arrive from across the country and around the world.

The DIFVF highlights the best student work created at Delta State University and fosters the belief that filmmaking is a profoundly unique phenomenon of cultural exploration and self-expression. The DIFVF promotes the art of filmmaking by celebrating the work of outstanding filmmakers and video artists.
