Delta State University senior Kelsey Stacy, an elementary education major from Vicksburg, was crowned Delta State Homecoming Queen during halftime ceremonies of Saturday’s 36-34 Delta State victory over the University of West Alabama. Pictured with Stacy is her father, Sam Stacy, who served as her escort. Stacy was elected by the Delta State student body in elections sponsored by the Student Government Association.
