St. Andrews Episcopal School in Jackson recently participated in a  Delta heritage tour that was guided by the Delta Center for Culture and Learning at Delta State University. The group included students from Kenya and Ghana, where St. Andrews has a sister school.  After seeing the B. B. King Museum in Indianola, the group visited the Delta State campus and made stops at Po’ Monkey’s Lounge, Dockery Farms, the grave of Mrs. Fannie Lou Hamer, and the Bryant Store, in Money, Mississippi, where the lynching of Emmett Till unfolded.
