Delta State to offer unique holiday menu at Lunch N’ Learn

Would you like to replace those traditional side dishes you serve every holiday season with something new?  Then you need to enroll in the Lunch N’ Learn Unique Holiday Side Dishes cooking class to be offered through Delta State University’s  Office of Graduate and Continuing Studies.

The class, under the instruction Dr. Cam McMillen, will be held at Noon on Friday, Nov. 12, in the Ada Swindle Mitchell Food Lab on the first floor of Ewing Hall on the campus.

Participants will enjoy a delicious lunch, a demonstration of food preparation, useful tips  and new recipes just in time for the holiday season.

Cost is $15 per person and $25 per couple.  Be sure to bring a friend for an interactive lunch hour!
