Students from the University of Southern Mississippi introduced to Delta cultural heritage

The Delta State University Delta Center for Culture and Learning recently introduced students in an honors public speaking class from the University of Southern Mississippi (USM) to the Delta’s cultural heritage.

The class is taught by Dr. Richard Conville and assisted by Joshua Duplantis, of the USM Office of Community Service Learning.

The students visited the Greenwood and Cleveland areas, and stopped in Money and Glendora.
