In partnership with the Delta State University Robert E. Smith School of Nursing, Dr. Albert Nylander, Delta State dean of Graduate and Continuing Studies, recently spent time at a career fair for hospital staff at North Mississippi Medical Center (NMMC) in Tupelo.

Nylander and J.R. Love, graduate admissions/recruiter, were there to encourage hospital personnel to take a serious look at what Delta State University has to offer.

An informational session was held for those wanting to learning more about the graduate programs at Delta State. “Delta State University has the faculty and staff to help assist anyone interested in making a major life changing decision,” stated Nylander during the session at NMMC.

Also while in Lee County, Nylander and Love stopped by Saltillo Primary School to visit with several teachers, including Dawn Blankenship and Jolie McCarter, who are in the Master of Education in elementary education program at Delta State University.
