Moore honored with prestigious award by Mississippi Dietetic Association

Cary A. Moore, senior Delta State nutrition/dietetics student of Cleveland, was recently honored with the prestigious award, “Outstanding Dietetic Student in a Coordinated Program,” by the Mississippi Dietetic Association at their annual meeting. 

 

Moore has excelled academically and in her supervised practice experience. She has received the Mary Stansel Harvey Professionalism Scholarship (08-09) and the Eldon N. Davis Student Dietetic Association Award (09-10), maintains a 3.75 GPA and is a member of Kappa Omicron Nu Honor Society.

 

The Nutrition and Dietetics Coordinated Program is part of the Division of Family and Consumer Sciences  in the College of Education.
