Lee Aylward of the Delta Center of Culture and Learning at Delta State University recently lead a group of Harvard undergraduate students on a tour of the Delta.

The students are a part of the Phillips Brooks House Association (PBHA) at Harvard University. PBHA is a student-run, staff-supported public service/social action organization at Harvard College providing a variety of services to the Greater Boston community. PBHA is a unique manifestation of college students’ ideals, energy, and initiative and is often referred to as “the best course at Harvard.”  Each year over 1,400 volunteers participate in over 85 programs.

These six students spent their spring break working at the Sunflower Freedom Project.
