By March 12, 2010General

The Delta State University Delta Center for Culture and Learning is helping a service learning class from the University of Southern Mississippi learn about the Delta’s heritage.  The class will be in the Delta for their alternative spring break. They will work with the Leland Habitat for Humanity organization, but will also travel to Sumner, Glendora, and Money, Mississippi, as they learn about the murder of Emmett Till in 1955.
