The Delta State University Art Department will host the opening of a new exhibition by New York sculptor and Professor Emeritus of Alfred University Glenn Zweygardt from January 24 through February 19.
Entitled "Green Logic and Other Orbits," the exhibit will open with a reception from 4 – 6 p.m., on Sunday, January 24, in the gallery of Wright Art Center. At 5 p.m., Zweygardt will deliver a lecture in the gallery.
Pictured above is “Origins Marker II,”which will be on display with other works of Zweygardt. The exhibit is free and open to the public who are cordially invited the both the opening and to view the work throughout the exhibition period.
Gallery hours are 8 a.m.-8:30 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 8 a.m.-3:30 p.m. on Friday, closed weekends and holidays.
