Fall of 2009 will begin a fruitful partnership between Delta State University’s Center for Community and Economic Development and “World Hunger Year.”
A planning grant funded by the Kresge Foundation aims to bring together individuals and organizations working towards improving the availability and accessibility of healthy and affordable foods to those in need across the Mississippi Delta.
A Future Search conference in culmination of this planning grant will be held Feb. 3-5,2010 at Delta State.
