Delta State fraternities and sororities to repaint Amzie Moore Park

The Delta State University Delta Center for Culture and Learning and the Cleveland Park Commission will collaborate with Delta State sororities and fraternities during a day of service Saturday, Sept. 19, from 10 a.m.- 12 noon at Amzie Moore Park in Cleveland.

 
The students will re-paint old playground equipment and help clean the park grounds.  Participating sororities and fraternities include Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Kappa Sigma Fraternity, Inc., and Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.
 
Earlier this year, the Delta Center and Delta State sororities and fraternities painted the restrooms at Nailor Elementary school for a Martin Luther King Day project.
