Dr Luther Brown, director of the Delta Center for Culture and Learning at Delta State University, delivered the program for the Vicksburg Advertising and Marketing Professionals organization on Tuesday, June 2.  His talk focused on why the Delta’s heritage is important and how heritage can be used to stimulate both community and economic development.
