Please realize that a request involves many variables that affect the testing and implementation process.

The timeline may be affected by variables including:

vendor responsiveness
tester responsiveness
Canvas upgrade schedule
priority for Canvas services

The evaluation process may involve many departments and organizations and will include testing by the requestor or designated tester. Instructional Technology will contact the requestor within five working days of the form submission.
