Blackboard CE 6.0 Goes Live May 14 2007
(formerly WebCT)

http://blackboard.deltastate.edu  Blackboard CE6, the University’s online course management system is live effective today.  All online courses will be using the new system.  This system is tightly integrated with Banner and will offer enhanced services to the campus.

To log in to the CE6 you must use your DSU ID# (this is your 900 ID #) and PIN number.  This is the same ID information you use to login to DSU Online Services.

Training for migration of courses from WebCT 4.1 to CE 6 has been ongoing and training modules are currently embedded in CE6 for every account.  Once you log into the system, you will be able to access these training modules.

If you log into CE6 and do not see the course you are teaching, make sure that you are assigned that course in Banner by confirming with Academic Affairs.

If you need help with the migration of your courses or have other questions involving CE6, please contact OIT at 4444.  You can also contact our 24/7 Blackboard/WebCT help desk at extension 4800 on campus or toll free at 1-866-264-1465 for additional support issues with CE6.
