Campus Alert Notification System - CANS

The Office of Information Technology is currently testing the Campus Alert Notification System (CANS) which is a tool that will be replacing the Novell alert notification application. This new alerting tool will be used primarily by the University Police Department to alert the campus community of Severe Weather Service Updates or other situations that could arise which affect the safety of the University's Faculty, Staff, and Students. Please be aware that this tool will only be used during emergency situations, if you need to communicate non-emergency information, please consult with the University Relations department.
