Institute Snapshots

The 2005 Summer Institute participants invite you to see them at work (and play) as they explored topics of mathematics using fraction circles, pattern blocks, technology, Venn diagrams, and much more.  They also hope that you find the lesson plans helpful as you plan your new school year.

Directors, Dr. Rose Strahan and Dr. Stella Wear, helped participants in the Walters computer lab prepare and edit lessons for web distribution.

The teachers came from all over the Delta to spend the month of June, to collaborate with other professionals, and to prepare new ways to meet the needs of their students.
