Site Builder Toolkit Training
The Office of Information Technology is offering a new series of Site Builder Toolkit training workshops. All workshops will be held in Ewing 238 in the Faculty Training side of the lab. There are only 30 computer stations in this lab so participants must register to ensure their spot in the training sessions. The training sessions are designed to help you become more comfortable with creating and maintaining your official Delta State web page. All classes require that you have an established SBT account and you are designated by your Department Head or Director to maintain your University web pages.
SBT Beginners: (no prerequisite)
Site Builder allows you to develop, edit, maintain and manage your department’s content with minimal training and it requires no HTML experience.
SBT Advanced: (SBT Beginner class or previous experience in SBT)
Learn how to incorporate tables, pdf files, created anchors, redirect pages, move pages and update search engine details to make your pages easier to find. Many other topics will be covered.
SBT Manager/Approvers: (for content approvers)
This feature requires that someone approve changes made by the content editors prior to the release of the information on the University website. This session is designed for those individuals who are charged with approving content changes made by editors.
SBT Question and Answer Session: (for everyone working in SBT)
This session is for anyone working with SBT to stop in and ask any question they have as it pertains to SBT and their website.
